Partner, Client Services
We are looking for a Partner, Client Services to join our team. This is a remote position, you can work from anywhere in the US.
Your primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for our managed service clients, to be the internal advocate for their needs, and to ensure that clients receive prompt and excellent service while owning government pricing and rebate delivery end-to-end. Working with our Executive Director, Managed Services, you will help improve our internal processes and extend Woven Data’s presence in the market through thought leadership. To do this, you will:
- Lead, analyze, and deliver all government pricing calculations including AMP, BP, URA, PHS, ASP, and NFAMP for multiple manufacturers. Identify and explain calculation trends and drivers, communicate how they may evolve in the future, and their implications for the manufacturer business.
- Manage end-to-end administration of clients’ government contracts.
- Work with our internal data team to address any data anomalies and unusual client business situations while we process their data (e.g. NDC additions or transactional errors), and provide the data team with the context they need to fix it.
- Oversee government (Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE) and commercial rebate processing services, including reviewing and validating processed claims, tracking disputes through resolution, and coordination of funding needs with enough lead time to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Create strong customer relationships and understand your clients’ businesses well enough to flag risks and opportunities.
- Manage and triage client requests. Respond to requests in a timely manner and use good judgement to manage priorities.
- Effectively communicate with clients through Zoom, email, and phone, to distill complex government regulations, intertwined business practices and nuanced calculations into easily digestible information for non-subject matter experts.
- Continually develop your expertise in government pricing, contracting and the regulatory environment. Stay at the forefront of current developments in the regulatory environment and translate what they will mean for your clients. Build training presentations and management overviews for clients.
- Share GP and other subject matter expertise across the team and with your clients.
- Continuously improve our library of internal guidelines and documentation for clients, as well as external thought leadership content.
- Maintain internal tracking mechanisms for client deliverables, and contribute to our internal client service process design, working with multiple stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have demonstrated independent ownership of a client relationship or portfolio
- 3 - 5 years of government pricing/contracting, rebates and/or finance/accounting
- Be proactive, results oriented, strategic, and a self-starter who identifies risks and opportunities before being asked to look for them.
- Be able to pull disparate information together to create coherent plans, and formulate analytical solutions given ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Manage and execute on multiple client workstreams simultaneously, executing on multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have excellent oral and written presentation skills, and be able to adjust your communication style to the audience.
- Excel in a fast-paced, high-visibility startup environment, where you need to effortlessly switch levels with a "no job is too big or too small” attitude.
